Produced production-ready assets at volume (versioning, resizing, platform-specific specs) to support ad campaigns across paid social under tight timelines.
Managed Meta and several other ad accounts, which included monitoring performance, choosing campaigns to scale and shut off, negotiate budgets, fix bugs, and report on performance analysis to CEO and head of marketing.

Led the launch of partnership ads, a more effective way to advertise on Meta and TikTok by using influencer accounts. I worked with influencer managers and Meta ad reps to write clear briefs, helping influencers film video ads that performed well.
The result was a major drop in CPA and a 20% lift in conversions quarter over quarter.
